NEW 🍅 Peach, Tomato & Ricotta Tart

Peach, Tomato & Ricotta Tart

When the tomatoes are at their best, this Peach, Tomato and Ricotta Tart is one of our favourite easy summer recipes. Made with a ready-rolled sheet of puff pastry, it comes together with very little effort but looks as though you've spent much longer on it.

The pastry is topped with a creamy garlic and basil ricotta, followed by thinly sliced tomatoes and juicy peaches before being finished with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze. You can make your own balsamic glaze if you like (I've included how in the recipe), or use a shop-bought one if you have it.

👶🏼 suitable for 6 months + (minus the balsamic glaze).

You can of course buy cooking pumpkins, roast them and purée the flesh to bake with - which I do sometimes as well. Baked Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts These easy baked doughnuts...
